I followed the size guide because I figured that was the safest option, but somehow it still ended up being totally wrong for me. The guide was confusing, and now I’m stuck with a fit that doesn’t work. It’s frustrating because I feel like I did what I was supposed to do and still got the short end of the stick.

I ordered this from lunette.com, and overall it’s an okay cup. It definitely pops open easily, which I know is a good thing, but am I the only one who finds it a bit too firm? I could feel it more than I expected, so it wasn’t quite as comfortable for me as I hoped.
The flexibility is limited, so taking it out took some practice and a little patience. It’s not a bad cup at all, and I can see why some people would like it, but for my body it just wasn’t my favorite fit...

I ordered from lunette.com and was pleased with what I got. The price felt reasonable to me, not super cheap, but definitely fair considering the quality feels better than a few similar things I’ve bought before.
Shipping was fine, and once I had the product in hand, it felt sturdy and like it should hold up well. Overall, I’m satisfied with the value and would happily buy from them again if I need another one.

I had a really hard time getting it out, and it became painful and stressful every time. Even my sister tried to help me figure it out, but it still wasn’t easy.

The cup itself feels like good quality, but inserting it wasn’t as easy for me as I expected. I ended up trying a few different folds, and even then it took a while to get it positioned comfortably. It might get easier with more practice, especially if you’re used to cups already, but as a first-time user I found it frustrating. Overall, I don’t think it’s a bad product, but for me personally it wasn’t the easiest option to start with

I had a frustrating time trying to place my order. The site kept blocking me at checkout, and maybe I was doing something wrong or my browser was acting up, but I tried a few times and still couldn’t get it to go through smoothly.

My order showed up quickly, and as far as I could tell, the tracking worked fine. I do kind of wish the updates were a little clearer, but overall I’d say there weren’t really any issues

I’ve been using these recently and overall they’ve been reliable for day-to-day leak protection. The last few days especially have been totally fine with no issues, which is what’s sticking in my mind most. I did have one small leak overnight, though, so I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5...

I bought this from Lunette hoping it would last me a while, and at first I actually liked it. It felt comfortable and seemed decent enough, so I was optimistic. But after not too long, the material started getting weirdly soft and worn out, and it just didn’t feel like it was holding up the way it should. I’m kind of torn because it was good in the beginning, but for the price, I expected a lot more. I probably wouldn’t buy it again

I ordered from lunette.com and ended up needing to return the item. The refund did come through eventually, but the whole process felt slower and more confusing than it needed to be. I had to email them more than once just to figure out what was going on, and it felt like they made it my problem to keep chasing updates. Not a total disaster, but definitely annoying and not something I’d want to deal with again...

My order from lunette.com showed up in good shape, and it looked nice when I opened it.
The box and the little touches was clean and simple, not overdone or too fancy. I also liked that everything was easy to spot inside without digging around.
I’m giving it 4 stars because it did feel like there was a bit more packaging than it really needed. Still, overall it looked good and felt like they actually put some care into it.

It’s an okay cup overall. The capacity is fine for regular use, but it really doesn’t last as long as I expected, especially on a long day. that part is kind of ridiculous. I wouldn’t say it’s terrible, but I probably wouldn’t pick it if you need something to get you through hours without refilling.

I had to reach out to customer service about my order, and they did eventually get back to me. The response was helpful enough, but it took longer than I expected. What really bugged me was having to verify my info more than once, even though I had already provided it. Overall, it was okay, but they could definitely be quicker and make the process less repetitive

I did reach out and support basically told me it’s made with safe materials and that I could contact them if I had any concerns, which helped a bit. Still, I think more upfront info would make it easier to feel confident buying it

I ordered this from lunette.com and my first impression was actually good. The cup felt well-made, seemed easy to keep clean, and I appreciated that it came with simple, clear instructions so I didn’t feel like I was guessing too much.
The only thing that bothered me was a strange odor when I first opened it, and I could still notice it a bit even after washing. After I boiled it, the smell did improve, but it made me hesitate for a few days before feeling fully comfortable with it. Overall, I’d say it’s a good cup, just not a perfect first experience for me
